
Isaac Newton went to the village school and later was sent to The King's School, Grantham where he became the top student.
He then went off to the Universitiy of Cambridge at the age of 19. In June 1661 he went to the Trinity College, Cambridge.
In 1665 he discovered the generalized binomial theorem and began to develop a mathematical theory that would later become calculus. For the next 2 years Newton worked from is home on calculus and law of gravitation.
